I found the location convenient, especially with the proximity to transportation hubs. the room was well-kept and very clean. i appreciated the daily cleaning service. It kept the space fresh and tidy. the staff were helpful, particularly when i needed assistance with directions.
the breakfast selection seemed somewhat limited, especially compared to other hotels i've visited.

convenient location really good service adequate room complimentary tea
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. This proximity allowed quick travel to various locations. The staff demonstrated really good service, particularly with luggage transfer arrangements. The room size was adequate. I found the provided amenities, such as complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge, to be a nice touch.
The storage space for clothing was limited, which posed a slight inconvenience for a longer stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It is a short walk to the train station and also to the shopping area. The staff were courteous and responded quickly to my requests for extra water. I appreciate their answers to my questions about the area.
I wish there was an expansion of laundry facilities.

amazing location many shops
the location is fantastic (it's a real winner!). i arrived from osaka and tokyo station was so close. ginza shopping street is also nearby with lots of cool coffee shops and a 7-eleven. plus, the subway is basically a minute away, that's so convenient!
the room was a bit small, but i honestly didn't spend too much time in it, so it was ok.

I'm very grateful for my stay. the location offered easy access to transportation, made exploring convenient. the staff was helpful. They provided directions. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, and i felt comfortable .
the room service menu had limited options for late-night dining. it wasn't a big issue. but more choices could improve the experience.

smooth and easy near train station
easy location clean room pajamas set
i finded the location quite good, very accessible to transportation. the room were clean and tidy, and i liked that they provided pajamas for two nights. also, the coffee and tea with biscuits was a nice touch. i felt charmed.
the space in room was not used well with a huge "hallway" upon entering and barely any space to move around the beds.
